About Mr. Crabtree
Richard and his wife of 37 years, Ruth, have 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
He is one of the idea men behind the Energizing Smaller Churches Network (www.escnetwork.org) and keynote speaker at their conferences in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Ohio, Tennessee and North Carolina. He is in his 19th year as the senior minister at the Odon Christian Church (www.ofcc.org) which averages 400 in worship in a town of 1200. He has also led workshops on effective outreach in national, state and local conventions, rallies and retreats. He has also preached numerous revivals in smaller churches. He currently serves on the North American Christian Convention Planning Committee and is secretary for the 2009 Convention in Louisville, Kentucky.
